I'm getting responce from Stream which is the Support for Microsoft on this and they want me to re-install the OS. Also, When you open the>upperfilters key the value will be empty, just type in this>space the "PartMgr" without qoutes.>This worked for me.

Once you find this file, delete the text in it and type your product key in here exactly as it's written in your CD box. I am not sure what this file would be called for the standard edition, i'm sure something along the lines of "stdkey.txt". The second way involves going to your main FSX folder and opening the file called "dlxkey.txt" without qoutes. The first way is to just try the instuctions I have included, then type you key in the activation window. Everyone who is having activation problems please try this.
